Litigiousness

Total number of filings divided by county population.

Vote Democrat

The percent of the voting population in a county that voted for the Democratic party in the 2020 election.

Average Age

The average age of all inhabitants of a county. 

High School Grads

The percentage of the ninth grade cohort that graduates from high school in four years. 

College Grads

Percentage of adults age 25-44 with some post secondary education. 

Property Rate

Percentage of owner occupied housing units. 

Median Household Income

The income where half of households in the county earn more and half of households earn less. 

Per Capita Income

The amount of income earned per person in the county

Poverty Rate

The ratio of the population whose income falls below the poverty line (which is defined as half the median household income for that county).

Unemployment Rate

Percentage of population 16 and older unemployed but seeking work.
