Application 3.7.4.0 Release Notes

Application Release Notes Released: July 1, 2026 (Version 3.7.4)

This release consolidates updates delivered since our last release notes. It focuses on a simplified claim positioning workflow, expanded file upload support, and a new profile management screen.

Improvements

Positioning Workflow Simplified

We've streamlined the core claim review workflow to help users find and act on key information faster.

What's changed:

The "Advocacy Points" section has been renamed "Positioning" for clarity.
A new "Facts" section now sits at the top of the Positioning page, consolidating case summary information in one place.
The Liability, Damages, and Credibility sections are now labeled more clearly within Positioning.
The Offers link in the navigation stays disabled until a claim has the files and positioning content needed to create an offer, preventing users from navigating to an incomplete page.

Expanded File Upload Support

Synthesizer now accepts .txt files as a supported upload type, alongside existing formats like PDF and DOCX. Text file attachments within uploaded email (.msg) files are now also supported.

Manage Your Own Profile

Users can now view and update their own account information, including name and phone number, from their settings and profile page.

Claim Number Integrity

Claim numbers must now be unique and can no longer be edited after a claim is created, helping ensure claims stay properly tracked. If an incorrect claim number is entered, a new claim should be created instead.

Claims Navigation

Clicking "Claims" in the top navigation now takes users to their dashboard.

Users who don't have permission to upload files or create an offer now see a clear message explaining that they should contact their admin, rather than a misleading empty state.

Minor Bug Fixes

As always, we've addressed a number of minor bugs to keep the application running smoothly as we continue to improve the product.
